What is St. Raphael the Archangel known for?
Saint Raphael the Archangel
Saint Raphael is one of the three Archangels named in Scripture and is known as the healer and guide. His name means “God heals”. He appears in the Book of Tobit, where he guides Tobias on his journey, protects him from danger, and helps heal his father Tobit’s blindness.
Saint Raphael reminds us that God cares for our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. He is the patron of travelers, the sick, and those seeking God’s guidance.
