A gentle path back to faith, one day at a time.
You don’t have to come back all at once. You don’t have to have everything figured out. You don’t even have to feel worthy.
All you need… is to be willing to take one step.
Then one more.
And another.
This 30-day challenge is here to walk with you — quietly, kindly — as you rediscover your faith, your peace, and your place in the Church. No pressure. No guilt. Just grace.
Week 1: Begin Again — Soft Steps Toward God
Reconnecting your heart without pressure.
Day 1 – Say this short prayer: “God, if You’re there… I’m listening.”
Day 2 – Light a candle. Sit in silence for 2 minutes. Just breathe.
Day 3 – Write down one thing you miss about faith.
Day 4 – Read the story of the Prodigal Son (Luke 15:11–32).
Day 5 – Take a 10-minute walk and talk to God in your head.
Day 6 – Listen to a peaceful worship song or Catholic chant.
Day 7 – Say this before bed: “Jesus, I trust in You.”
Week 2: Rebuilding Trust — Letting God Speak First
It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being real.
Day 8 – Visit a church, even just to sit for 15 minutes.
Day 9 – Read Psalm 23. Slowly. Twice.
Day 10 – Talk to someone you trust about your faith.
Day 11 – Pray this: “Lord, I believe. Help my unbelief.”
Day 12 – Write a letter to God. You don’t have to send it.
Day 13 – Ask Mary for help: “Mother Mary, walk with me.”
Day 14 – Watch a 10-min video about Divine Mercy or the Eucharist.
Week 3: Coming Closer — Letting God Love You Again
Let your walls down, even just a little.
Day 15 – Read about a saint who struggled too (e.g., St. Augustine).
Day 16 – Go to Confession (or look up how—it’s okay to wait).
Day 17 – Read John 20:24–29 — the story of Doubting Thomas.
Day 18 – Make a list of things you’re grateful for.
Day 19 – Say one Hail Mary, slowly, and really listen to the words.
Day 20 – Say this: “God, show me where You are in my life.”
Day 21 – Attend a Mass (in person or online).
Week 4: Coming Home — Walking Back with Courage
The Church isn’t just a building. It’s family. It’s yours.
Day 22 – Talk to a priest (email, phone, after Mass—any way works).
Day 23 – Read about the Real Presence in the Eucharist.
Day 24 – Pray before a crucifix. Just sit and look.
Day 25 – Say this: “Lord, I’m ready to come home.”
Day 26 – Ask a friend or family member to come to Mass with you.
Day 27 – Receive the Eucharist, if you’re ready. If not, receive a blessing.
Day 28 – Tell someone: “I’m reconnecting with my faith.”
Final Days: Live Forward in Grace
Day 29 – Reflect: What has changed in me this month?
Day 30 – Celebrate. Light a candle. Thank God. And whisper:
I may have left… but You never left me. Thank You for waiting.
What are you most grateful for in these 30 days?
