Saint Henry II Prayer for July 13 – Catholic Collect from the Missal

Heavenly Father,
You raised Saint Henry from the throne of an earthly empire to the glory of heaven, teaching him to rule with justice, humility, and love for Your Church.  Grant us, we pray, the same single-hearted devotion.
Amid the noise and cares of daily life, help us to seek first Your Kingdom.
Give us clean minds and pure hearts, so that we may serve You faithfully in whatever state of life You have placed us — whether in leadership, in family, or in hidden service.  Through the prayers of Saint Henry and Saint Cunegundes,
may we live as faithful stewards of the gifts You have given us,
and one day rejoice with them in the eternal kingdom.  We ask this through Christ our Lord.
