Traditional Catholic Morning Prayer

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

O my God, I adore You, and I thank You for giving me another day.

I offer You my thoughts, words, actions, joys, and sufferings of this day. May everything I do be for Your greater glory and for the salvation of souls.

O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You all my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day, for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart.

Bless my family, my loved ones, and all those who need Your mercy. Protect me from sin and temptation, guide me in Your ways, and grant me the grace to remain faithful to You.

Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, I place all my trust in You.

Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for me.

Saint Joseph, pray for me.

My guardian angel, watch over me and guide me throughout this day.

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with me always.
