Dear Lord, my Father,
I ask for your healing hand to be placed upon my back to heal the pain of my lumbar spine, fix my lateral bulging discs, heal my hips and fix my hip joints so that I can move better, and pain free, feel healthier and stronger than I have in months and years past. Cure the inflammation in my joints and the arthritis in my spine that adds to my pain. Help me so that my mobility allows me to be physically active and work out again. Thank you my Heavenly Father. Amen. -
