What is St. Michael Known for?
St. Michael the Archangel is one of the seven archangels who stand before God and is known as the leader of the heavenly hosts. In Scripture, he appears as the defender of God’s people and the one who casts Satan and the fallen angels out of heaven (Revelation 12:7–9).
