In the Scriptures, we see time and time again that Jesus does not turn away from suffering, but embraces it for the sake of love. He teaches us that true strength comes from humility and sacrifice. This Lenten season calls us to follow in his footsteps, to offer our lives in service to others, and to grow closer to God in both our joys and our struggles.
Prayer:
Lord Jesus,
We thank you for your ultimate sacrifice on the cross, a gift beyond measure. Let us remember your suffering as we seek to follow your example of love and humility. Grant us the grace to face our own crosses with courage, and to always seek your will above our own.
We ask for your peace and love to fill our hearts this day, and may we be a light to those around us, reflecting your mercy and grace in all that we do. Amen

Make this Lent the best of your life (Prayer, Fasting, Repent, Almsgiving).
In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven. -Matthew 5:16
