Day 40.
We’ve prayed, fasted, sacrificed, stumbled, got back up… and now we’re here.
Maybe Lent didn’t go exactly how you planned.
Maybe you didn’t pray every day, or maybe your fast was more frustrating than fruitful.
But here’s the beautiful truth: God never asked for a flawless Lent. He just wanted your heart.
And if you’ve made it to today — even limping, even struggling — that is grace at work.
Lent isn’t about proving how holy we are.
It’s about becoming more aware of how deeply we need Jesus.
And now, as we enter Holy Week, He’s inviting you to walk with Him — not as a stranger trying to earn love, but as someone already loved beyond measure.
You made space. He’s filling it.
You made the journey. ”It is finished”
Prayer:
Jesus,
Thank You for saying, “It is finished.”
Not because You gave up — but because You gave everything.
I bring You the Lent I had — not the one I wish I had.
And I ask You to make something beautiful from it.
As I enter Holy Week, keep my heart soft.
Help me walk closely with You through the pain, the silence, the sacrifice…
And lead me to the hope of Easter morning.
Thank You for loving me to the end.
