About Our Lady of Good Remedy
The devotion to Our Lady of Good Remedy dates back to the 13th century and is closely associated with the Order of the Most Holy Trinity, founded by St. John de Matha and St. Felix of Valois. The Trinitarians dedicated themselves to ransoming Christians who had been taken captive during conflicts with Muslim powers of that time, trusting in the Blessed Virgin Mary’s maternal protection and assistance.
Over the centuries, Catholics have invoked Our Lady of Good Remedy as a powerful advocate in every necessity, believing that she lovingly presents our petitions to her Son and obtains the remedies most beneficial for our souls.

The Feast of Our Lady of Good Remedy is celebrated on October 8.
How do you pray the Our Lady of Good Remedy Novena?
Traditionally, the novena is prayed for nine consecutive days. Each day, pray the novena prayer, present your personal intention, and conclude with one Our Father, one Hail Mary, and one Glory Be.
